Bielek's Advocates: More odd People

In early February, we received a message from Michael Relfe in which he responds to the
statement of Michael Houtzager, producer of Al Bielek's web presence and owner of the web site www.bielek.com.
Michael Relfe together with his wife Stephanie own several web sites in the USA and Australia, dealing with
various subjects such as electronic healing devices, spiritual books, colloidal silver and more,
similar in content to Ken Adachi's web site. I will come back to their web sites (in fact they are
e-commerce portals) later on this web page.
In the above mentioned message, Relfe told us his point of view about the split-up between Bielek and Houtzager,
referring to Houtzager's statement which can be found on Houtzager's web site. We put it on a web page
here as well.
Below you will find a table for comparison, showing the respective parts of both statements side-by-side. The corresponding parts of their statements are marked in the same color.
Al agreed to do the interviews and we both agreed to share the revenue from whatever
we produced. This began a 3 month process of meeting with Al around 3 times a week
to conduct a series of interviews.
The Interviews
I was amazed at the ease that Al spoke about Aliens, Time Travel, Mind Control and
other bizarre topics. He had such confidence in his statements. When he spoke
about these subjects, he would would look at you in a manner that was almost
intimidating. To him, his words were the gospel and there was no room for error.
I told my friends that he had the demeanor of a three star general.
If you listen to Larry's interviews carefully, you will find that he differed
with Al quite a bit on Al's time travel experiences at Montauk.
So after 24 hours of interviews and no concrete evidence, I decided to publish
the CD. I had quite a lot of time and money in the project and needed to get
something back.
After spending some time with the man, I had a mental inventory of many of his answers.
Many times when I would ask a question, I would get the same exact response to
a different question. It was like he had an inventory of programmed answers and
his mind would pick the closest response to give as an answer. What was strange
was that his similar responses were almost identical word-for-word even though
they were given to me weeks apart.
I finally started to question Al's information when he told me privately that
the Holocaust never happened. This was the first time I strongly argued against
him. I could buy a lot of things he said to me in the interviews, but the
Holocaust not happening - no.
Where the relationship broke down
Al moved to Florida with the help of a woman named Dee. Dee found an apartment
for Al and the two spent a great deal of time together. Another person -
Michael Relfe www.2012.com.au/mars.html helped fund Al's move.
Not more than a month into Al's move, I noticed his demeanor toward me
radically changed. He became convinced that I was not paying him his fair
share of the CD sales. Then Michael Relfe, owner of the domain
www.albielek.com switched the domain to a website that he built. This new
website asked people to send the money for the CD directly to Al Bielek in
Florida.
I made several phone calls to Al asking him why he did this. I tried to
explain that I never cut him out of any money and in fact gave him more money
than our agreement. Nothing I said changed his mind. Al would always ask for
a few more days to think about his actions. When I called him a few days later,
he would ask for a few more.
I tried to contact Michael Relfe directly and ask him why he repointed the
domain name. Michael would never speak to me directly. He only responded
via email. Again, Michael asked me to give Al a little time to "think about it".
Finally, I had Michael Relfe's website taken down because of copyright
infringement.
I applied for the domain name www.bielek.com and posted all of the content there.
Since then, Al and I have only briefly spoken to each other. It's unfortunate.
Hidden files on the CD

This all came about when a friend of Larry James told Larry that there were
files on the CD that send all of your personal information to the NSA.
Honestly, I am not smart enough to figure out how to put a program like that
together - and no - there are no hidden files on the CD.
When these accusations came out, I spoke to Larry. I asked him to show me the
hidden files and how they worked. I even told him that if he could prove to me
there were hidden files sending user information out, I would pull the CD from
the market.
Never heard from Larry again.
I also emailed Ken Adachi (Owner of Educate-Yourself.org) and asked him to
remove his comments about these hidden files. I also explained what happened
between Al and myself and asked if he could present my side of the story on his
site.
Ken said he would talk to Al - and then I never heard from Ken again. You can
see that his comments are still there. I don't understand these people who
profess to be seekers of the truth. I think they are more interested in
upholding their paradigm instead of learning about the truth.
My attempts to mend the relationship
During this time, the website www.bielek-debunked.com was launched. I read
through ever page of the site. I found the material that the authors presented
in their site quite convincing. Their basic premise is Al is making up the story.
Since I was on the road to rebuilding my relationship with Al, I thought I
would ask him to do some more interviews with me. I wanted to give him an
opportunity to defend himself. I believed if I gave him a forum to respond to
the accusations on bielek-debunked.com, he would emerge stronger and more believable.
Then I never heard from Al Bielek again.
To have a legitimate debunking website (rather than a
gossip tabloid) requires accurate information. You have
two main problems.
1. When dealing with ANY black project (compartmentalized,
need to know) you are dealing with mind control IE. selective
memory blocking. For someone like Al Bielek who has been subject
to such procedures AND who has ZERO money for therapy to
overcome those blocks, getting consistent data over the long
term (14 years) becomes a problem. In addition, Al Bielek has
no family or support network. He has no way to know when he has
been taken by the military and his memories have been altered.
2. Problem 2 is dealing with Michael Houtzager. Here is the real
story. Michael Houtzager made an agreement (CONTRACT) with Al
Bielek to create the Philadelphia Experiment CD. A single CD.
The agreement was for Michael Houtzager to get 1/3 of the profits,
Al Bielek to get 1/3 of the profits and that 1/3 of the profits
WOULD PAY FOR DEVELOPMENT. Get that again. This was a work FOR HIRE.
Houtzager was to get 2/3 of the profits. THE PRODUCT WAS OWNED BY
AL BIELEK.
After completion Houtzager began selling the CD's. Al would get them
at a discount from Houtzager and sell them as best as he could. He had
no website or professional marketing. This is a man that has been kept
in poverty because of the exposure he has made of various govt programs.
He lives in a one room boarding house in Ft Myers, Florida.
Because Houtzager refused to show records and audit documents of CD
production and sales, AL believed that he was not receiving his 33%.
Since at least 1998 Al Bielek has been speaking on The Philadelphia
experiment. He has been video taped, on radio and books have been
written about him. In all that time he received NO compensation. ZERO.
He never received laughter and condemnation. This was the first time
he ever had a chance to get a few more dollars than his social security
check.
Al Bielek owns the Philadelphia Experiment CD. His application is being
processed at the copyright office at this time. As soon as it is approved
Al will have his own website to sell his CD.
Please immediately correct the following -

I never funded Al's move.
"I tried to contact Michael Relfe directly and ask him why he repointed the

Michael Houtzager attempted to get me to register the domain in HIS name,
because he was doing the website for the CD and was taking care of everything.
I refused.
"Michael sent me vicious emails telling me he was going to report me to the FBI
for restraint of trade and on and on".
Emails are not vicious if they are truthful. The clueless Houtzager knows
nothing. I don't report people to anyone.

Looks like Bielek found in Relfe somebody, who tries to milk the cow as long as
possible. This includes attacks on Bielek's former promoter, Michael Houtzager".
I can't be accused of "milking the cow" since I NEVER SOLD ANYTHING. As a person
with over 20 years in the IT business, I only provided help as it related to
computers, web, CD, etc.

You now know the truth. Your unjustified accusations against myself made
without evidence or even contacting me for my side of the story show the true

The givaway is your attack on Ken Adachi. I know Ken Adachi personally. I
feel fortunate to have met him after publishing The Mars Records. He is a
true freedom fighter, one of the few who do it to help others and not
for money gain. It is said that the greatness of a man can be measured
by the greatness of his enemies. Ken Adachi has some BIG guns that would
like to silence him. Your attacks on Ken aren't even a dust speck on a
gnat's ass.
Please feel free to keep the insults against me on your website. All
Americans that read your comments will be able to see through you.

Thats right. Over 600 pages describing what the US military is really

The Mars Records is a story that the intel spooks wish would go away.
It picks up where the Philadelphia Experiment ends and describes how
one mans life was stolen by the military industrial complex and how
he was used as a Tactical Remote Viewer for the Mars Defense Force.
Verified by over 150 hours on a "truth detector", this true story is
too hot for the UFO conventions, Art Bell, Jeff Rense or any of the

Like Adachi and some others did before, he accused our team of investigators standing behind bielek-debunked.com that
we had decided "that the Philadelphia Experiment must be discredited", which - have to repeat myself here - is pure nonsense.
Nowhere on bielek-debunked.com you will find us stating that the Philadelphia Experiment is fiction and never happened. But we
made clear, that Al Bielek's version of the Philadelphia Experiment and his personal involvement is nothing than a big lie.
And because Michael Relfe was posting my mail address at "The Rumor Mills", I have added his personal data to this web page as well.
You' find his address at the bottom of this page. Please feel free to contact him as well and tell him what you think.
Beside those unjustified accusations, there are some claims within Relfe's statement that have to be commented on. Not
only are some of Relfe's claims totally untrue, but they are based on
his personal point of view and are supporting his ideas only.
In detail, Relfe stated:
"Thank You for your excellent website. I have never had the opportunity to write
to a professional debunker. I have always dealt mostly with activists."
I'd like to point out here, that I am all but a professional debunker. This is not
my profession but my hobby. You can read more details about me and my personal background in the

imagine him having been done harm and feel sad if it's true, I don't "believe"
it. Why should I believe that and not all of his other unfounded claims?
I prefer the road that Barnes started and that we have followed. Look at the
hard facts, chase after the scientists, see what they were doing, put the
pieces together. Our work is more reliable than hundreds of hours of listening
to Bielek go on and on about fluff. Really!

The information about Al Bielek presented on this web site is the result of a
5 year investigation conducted by an international team of investigators. With only
few exceptions, all sources are pointed out for anybody to verify the data. Concerning
the page showing Houtzager's statement and our comments, we had no reason to
not believe what Houtzager presented here. Finally, compared to your version of
what happened, it's a break even - your word against Houtzager's.

As a person with a military background, I am pretty familiar with the 'need-to-know' principle. Relfe's claim, that
covered (black) projects are always protected by applying Mind Control techniques
and memory blocking implies that those technologies are available. You can
find out even on this web site that the Montauk Project as the allegedly key project of
Mind Control techniques is a hoax like Bielek's version of his involvement in the
Philadelphia Experiment. See the page "LARRY JAMES and other MONTAUK 'WITNESSES'" for
details. But because Relfe is referring to Bielek's memory being blocked, he
shows, that he accepted Bielek's claims as truth for himself, which ruins Relfe's
credibility in this very moment.
Concerning Al Bielek, who according to Relfe's statement "has been subject
to such procedures AND who has ZERO money for therapy to overcome those blocks,
getting consistent data over the long term (14 years) becomes a problem". Well,
if Al Bielek really had a problem overcoming those memory blockings, why is
it that he told a very detailed version of his involvement in the Philadelphia
Experiment already in 1990 ? Have a look at Bielek's MUFON speech and
you know what I mean.
And Al Bielek "has no way to know when he has been taken by the military and
his memories have been altered" ? Beg you pardon, Mr. Relfe, but by writing this
you just disqualified yourself as somebody who is familiar with Al Bielek's story.
Here is a quotation of Bielek's interview conducted by
Susanne Konicov for CONNECTING LINK:
"I remained with the Navy and married in late 1943. A son, Jess, was bom in February 1944.
In July 1944, the family and I were transferred to Los Alamos, New Mexico, where I
remained until July 2, 1947. At that time I was forcibly removed and separated from my
family-never to see them again."
"With charges of espionage placed against me, I expected a General Court Marshal.
Instead I was transferred to Washington, D. C., whereupon charges were dropped and
I was transferred to Montauk, L.I. military base (Fort Hero). From that point I was
time shifted to 1983, back in the Phoenix Project. Once there, I was given a super
brainwashing-all memory was removed. Additionally, I was age regressed (reduction of
physical age and size from a 30-year old to approximately I year of age) and then,
at a physical age of I year, sent back in time to 1927 to be plugged into a new family
as a substitute for a dead son. This new family- the Bieleks- became my only known
parents for over half a century!
Despite the fact, that this all happened only in Bielek's fantasy, Relfe as a strong
advocate of Bielek should have known this.
And by comparing Houtzager's statement with that of Relfe, another interesting
detail becomes visible:

Excerpts of Michael Houtzager's statement
After listening to Al speak for 2 hours, I signed up for his second 2 hour
presentation. After 4 hours of Al Bielek, I felt he had only touched the surface
of the information he had. Then I made the decision that I would approach him to
conduct a series of interviews. Sounded like a good place to start my new venture.
I arranged for Al to come to my office for the interviews. Using professional
recording gear, we sat down and engaged in an "Art Bell" like interview. After
each session was over, I would listen to the interview and prepare my notes for
the next interview. It took a while to develop an understanding of the material,
but once I did I was able to take Al deeper into his material than I think anyone
ever did.
Al was forced to move out of his house in Atlanta a couple of months after we
were done with the project. I was paying him royalties for the CD sales when I
met him every other week. When he moved to Florida, we handled all of our
correspondence through the phone and mail.
If you read the content on some websites, they will say I put "hidden files" on
the CD.
In the summer of 2003 Al suffered from a stroke. I did call his hospital and
told him I wished him a speedy recovery. He seemed to appreciate my phone call
and I thought we were on the road to rebuilding our relationship.

Relfe not only sent that message to us, but sent it to http://www.rumormillnews.com, including my private address, were it immediately was posted. Now, Mr. Relfe, what about your statement that "I don't report people to anyone." ??
First thing that he did, WAS reporting this to a public news group !
Relfe obviously
read what we posted about Bielek, but - as we saw it happen with Ken Adachi - didn't fully understand what bielek-debunked.com is about.
His message as posted above was put online at the "The Rumor Mills" web site together with a preface stating this:
Experiment and the resulting technology advancements (hyperspace
transportation)were a blow to the NWO. Someone has decided that
the Philadelphia Experiment must be discredited. A german
"researcher" name Schelm has decided to take it upon himself
to be the debunker and to attack Al Bielek and his testimony.
Relfe wrote: "For someone like Al Bielek who has been subject
to such procedures AND who has ZERO money for therapy to overcome those blocks,
getting consistent data over the long term (14 years) becomes a problem."
It becomes more and more obvious, that Bielek memorized the basic data of his fictitious story and could
produce the details right away as the questions of interviewers (not only Houtzager) came up. This is another,
very strong indication that Bielek together with Nichols, Swerdlow, Cameron and others made up the whole story.
That much had to be said about Relfe's statement. We didn't ask Relfe for a statement, he sent it to us own
his own. To complete this survey about Michael Relfe, I now will show you some more
background information about him and his wife Stephanie. And because Relfe mentioned Ken Adachi
and only found positive words for him, I will show some contrary details about Ken Adachi at the end of this
page, too.
